INFORMATICA Product Information Management (PIM) Basic Product Training courses present the fundamentals of the INFORMATICA PIM product functionality to anyone interested in acquiring basic knowledge of the software. These first two courses cover PIM Basics and Data Life Cycle Processes.
 
PIM: Overview & Basic Usage
Designed as an introduction to the INFORMATICA Product Information Management (PIM) applications, this course requires no prior knowledge. Starting with an overview of the solution and an introduction to the application user interfaces, the course then covers the basic usage of the main clients.
 
PIM: Data Life Cycle Processes
Covering all major data maintenance processes in the PIM applications, from data onboarding, data enrichment, asset management, data quality, to classification strategies and other aspects.
 
Objectives
After successfully completing this course, students should have a good understanding of:
  • PIM: Basics - The PIM solution and its applications; How to use the most important basic functionality in the clients
